Gaping hole or 'field,' 8th Avenue between 41st and 42nd, east of Port Authority Bus Terminal
This valuable piece of land has been growing weeds for about a decade. This fall, however, plans finally developed for a new mixed-use skyscraper, furthering the refurbishment of 8th Avenue.
